I had written several columns entitled The Jail Where Terrorists Make The Rules for our old record label’s -Smokin’ Troll - website and saw that Steve at Scanner was looking for a new political columnist. I sent him this first column and he liked it. I became a regular columnist there until he moved to New Zealand and stopped making the ‘zine.
